Babies 3 months and older can safely grip the specially designed handle on this colourful instrument. The jingle bell is suspended inside see-through safely sealed plastic covers. The slightest movement of the instrument produces jingling-jangling sounds, whereas back-and-forth movement adds a knocking sound when the bell hits against the plastic casing. (5″ x 3″)
