Music classes for the older toddler – LEVEL 2

This music-filled class celebrates the unique joys of your older toddler (2+ years old). Each week at our Kindermusik classes your child will love singing, dancing, and playing instruments with you and their newfound friends. You’ll love helping them practise a wide variety of abilities such as gross and fine motor skills, turn-taking, social skills, and active listening.

Music fun for all the family!

Younger siblings are welcomed to join in this class – making music should be a family affair! In class, we’ll also share our expert advice and ideas on how to use our online music resource – Kindermusik Online – to extend the magic and learning of a Kindermusik class into your own home, throughout the week.

Music and movement classes designed for toddlers

Activities are conducted in an encouraging and playful environment, designed to address each child’s interests and developmental needs. Each 45-minute music class for older toddlers is designed to flow comfortably and include a variety of activities such as:

• Exploring our whole body with gross and fine motor movement in creative ways
• Experiencing a wide range of musical concepts and instrument sounds
• Singing songs and musical stories with language patterns that explore rhythm, speech sounds, syntax, and rhyme
• Turn-taking, cooperating with and listening to others
